Hardware delivery

Please note that we cannot ship items that measure 8.6ft or more to Australia.

Due to the size of some of the hardware products that we stock we will ship these using the most appropriate Courier Service depending on the size of the item, and the delivery location. Because of this we may not always be able to offer a next day delivery service, and we would advise to allow an additional 2 to 3 working days before receiving the order.

On receipt of your hardware delivery we strongly recommend that you unpack and inspect the product with the courier, before signing off the courier delivery. In the unlikely event of there being any damage please sign for the delivery and write 'damaged' and contact us on 0808 169 7578. If it is not possible to inspect the product before the courier driver leaves then please sign as “unchecked”, and in the unlikely event of you discovering a fault then please contact us immediately on 0808 169 7578.

Brand restrictions

We are unable to ship this brand outside of the U.K.: Barbour, any aerosol products or liquids.
